We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, contact us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Eligibility

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be in original or gently used condition.
  • Original packaging is preferred but not required.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

How to Request a Return

  1. Email us at support@eliteskincare.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.
  3. Ship the item back using a trackable method (return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective).
  4. Once we receive and inspect the return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Defective or Damaged Items

If you received a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately at support@eliteskincare.com with photos of the damage. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items returned after 30 days without prior approval.
  • Items that have been significantly damaged due to misuse.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within 7 business days, please check with your bank or card provider first, then contact us if the issue persists.
